• New Year's Day - Thursday, January 1
• Martin Luther King Day - Monday, January 19
• Presidents' Day - Monday, February 16
• Memorial Day - Monday, May 25
• Juneteenth - Friday, June 19
• Independence Day - Friday, July 3
• Labor Day - Monday, September 7
• Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day - Monday, October 12
• Veterans Day - Wednesday, November 11
• Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 26
• Christmas Eve - Thursday, December 24 (Oakwood Bank closes at 12 PM. ACH files must be initiated by 11 AM.)
• Christmas Day - Friday, December 25

No ACH files, remote deposit files, or wire transfers are processed on Federal Reserve Bank holidays. This is especially important when a holiday falls on a Thursday or Friday, as many ACH payroll files are typically submitted on Wednesdays or Thursdays with effective dates later in the week. Holidays may impact processing and settlement timing.
